Short inspiring character lead pieces about careers, changing sectors and personal growth

These short character portraits focus on inspiring individuals who have changed direction during their careers, moving into new sectors and bringing their experience with them. Each film explores their journey, reflecting on where they started, what prompted the shift, and the impact they’re now making in their current roles.

Shot over a single day, the aim was to capture each person’s personality and motivation in an authentic, conversational style. With a small crew of two, I had the opportunity to be hands-on throughout the process, contributing to the creative approach and storyboards, as well as directing and filming on location.
