This film was created as part of a general manager recruitment campaign, profiling the General Manager at the Kimpton Maa-Lai in Bangkok. The aim was to provide an authentic insight into the role, highlighting leadership style, responsibilities, and the culture of the hotel to help attract potential candidates.

A small crew travelled to Bangkok to capture the content over two fast-paced shoot days, covering multiple locations across the property. With a tight schedule and challenging heat and humidity, the shoot required careful planning and a flexible approach, but it was a great project to be part of.
